3) Licence and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, purchases are licensed for single-practice use (one business/brand).
You may edit the content for your own practice.
You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, or give away the files (including inside courses, groups, membership sites, or as client deliverables).
If you need to use across multiple practices or client sites, please contact us for a multi-site licence.
4) Your responsibility for content and compliance
The Website System provides structure and guidance, but you are responsible for:

- the accuracy of your business information, prices, and claims

6) Installed-for-you service (if purchased)
If you purchase the Installed-for-you option:
- You will be asked to provide the required details (e.g., hosting access, domain/WordPress login).
- Installation covers setting up the supplied Website System on your site. It does not include writing your treatment content, rewriting your policies for your specific business, ongoing maintenance, SEO services, or marketing services unless explicitly included in your purchase.
- You must review the site after installation and confirm everything is correct before launch.
7) Support and troubleshooting
Basic support is limited to the scope stated on the product page. We can help with product-related guidance, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme/plugin/host setup outside the recommended installation method.
8) Refunds and cancellations
Because Digital Products are downloadable, refunds are not normally offered once access has been provided.
If you believe you have purchased in error or cannot access your files, contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to help.
For Installed-for-you services, refund eligibility depends on whether work has started. Any rules will be stated on the product page at checkout.
